Demo: Exchange 2010 Email/Voicemail Upgrade
AUDIENCE: DePaul employees whose Email/Voicemail accounts soon will be or have recently been migrated to the Exchange 2010 Server. *Ignore the message below regarding registration priority being given to faculty. This training is for both staff and faculty.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This training is a quick overview of the changes you will see when your account is migrated to the Exchange 2010 server. The Demo sections of this training will cover the same information as the Lab sections, so it is not necessary to register for both a Demo and a Lab. However, the Demo sections are slightly shorter and without the hands-on portion. (If you would like to register for a Lab section, instead of this Demo section, be sure to select a date after your account has been migrated, so that you are able to participate in the hands-on portion.)

-Outlook Voice Access: access your voicemail, email, calendar, and contacts by phone

Technology workshops are designed primarily for faculty. Staff are welcome to register if they have teaching assignments or if they are directly involved in assisting faculty in teaching and research. However priority is given to faculty if registration exceeds the cap. If registration is full, please sign up for the wait list for current or future sessions.
