Blackboard Training Files
Click to download a zipped file with the ITD-ID slides used for the Blackboard Basics and Blackboard Advanced faculty courses, and associated files used in these courses (this zipped file is 28 Mb in size and includes all slide sets used in these courses).

Blackboard Basic Skills Powerpoint
Click to download a PowerPoint file containing 78 slides and extensive “Notes” information used for the ITD Blackboard Version 8 Basics faculty course. You can view this as a slide presentation but the bulk of detailed information is provided in the Notes feature, which includes all hands-on exercises, an exercise for each of the 29 topics covered.

iClicker Training Files
Click to download a zipped file with the ITD-ID slides used for the iClicker faculty course and associated files used in these courses (this zipped file is 9 Mb in size and includes the training slide set as well as the beginning of a typical faculty slide set that we use in training sessions. You can use that demonstration slide set as a pattern for the question slides you'll insert into your own class slides).

iClicker Course File Template (for PC's)
Click to download a zipped file containing a folder named MyCoursePC. Unzip this file to create a folder named iclicker Win, which contains three folders and seven files. It is no longer necessary to make a separate copy for each class. There is a Class folder to organize all of your courses with a new simple to set up interface. Put the PowerPoint slides or Word documents for class presentations on the flash drive. Take the flash drive to class and insert it into the USB slot either on the classroom computer or on the iClicker base station, to conduct your class session with your slides using the in-class response system.

ITD Services
We offer a range of services for faculty, including faculty computer labs, documentation on tools we support, and forms to request help from ITD.

Training
We currently offer training in the form of group classes, one-on-one consultations, and online training. Our goal is help you to use technology more effectively and efficiently.
