Online Survey Creation, Data Collection and Reporting
QuickData provides DePaul faculty with a simple-to-use online data collection
tool. Create your own online form for surveys or student assessment using QuickData
or use a form created with another tool (ie, Dreamweaver). In either case, responses
collected by QuickData can be made viewable to your class, or others, on the
web. In addition, it is possible to download your data as a comma delimited
file – easily transferable to a spreadsheet or database.

shared via the web. To view the data you just submitted, click here to view
the report- the password is "testing."
How to get started - QuickData is available without
the need to request a special account. To begin using QuickData, log in using
your CampusConnect username and password. Print out a copy of the How
to build an on-line form using Quick Data Wizard quickguide for more information
on creating a survey. This quickguide also gives directions on how to create
online reports that will share your data with others.
To collect data in QuickData using an existing html form, see the Use
