A few online references available to help you learn the basics of HTML are listed below. Webmonkey Expansive resource with tutorials on web design, graphics, multimedia authoring and programming. w3schools Tutorials on web programming and scripting. Creating Online FormsTo add surveys, forms or quizzes to your website, consider using QuickData2.This Web-based survey tool creates both the online form and the database back-end for collecting submissions. The database can then be downloaded into a spreadsheet application or an Access database for data manipulation. It includes functionality for viewing web-based reports. Also available are materials on "How to build an on-line form."
