Choose Your Tool

- Use a web creation tool such as Dreamweaver or other web page editors. Dreamweaver is available in the ITD faculty labs and is recommended by ITD because of its clean HTML code and because it is fairly easy to learn.

Creating Online Forms

To add surveys, forms or quizzes to your website, consider using QuickData2.
This Web-based survey tool creates both the online form and the database back-end for collecting submissions. The database can then be downloaded into a spreadsheet application or an Access database for data manipulation. It includes functionality for viewing web-based reports. Also available are materials on "How to build an on-line form." [PDF, 4 pages, 230k]
