Copyright Concerns

DePaul Copyright Policy

Faculty using the Blackboard system should follow Teaching and Learning Copyright Guidelines.

Instructional Technology Development (ITD) will not place material on Blackboard if the scope, condition or extent of the material inhibits effective reproduction and/or successful use of the Blackboard system.

Faculty are responsible for monitoring copyright and clearing permissions for anything posted on Blackboard. If you would like help with copyright compliance or would like someone else to take over that responsibility, please use the Course Reserves System offered by the DePaul University Libraries.
