The University Libraries provides faculty and students with a wide range of electronic resources available both on campus and remotely, including over 10,000 online journals, 180 databases, and over 11,000 electronic books. The reference librarians (LPC: 57863; Loop: 28432) can assist you with finding online resources. Library instruction staff (LPC: 57828; Loop: 26924; Suburban 54839) can provide a class session on library research resources targeted for a specific class or subject discipline. Office for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment promotes approaches to teaching and assessment that improve student learning; supports scholarly research that advances our understanding of student learning across the University; facilitates faculty sharing of teaching, learning, and assessment issues; and examines institutional policies and structures for their impact on teaching and learning.

Office of Institutional Planning and Research (OIPR) provides the university's official statistics — enrollment, FTE, demographics, etc. — and works with other departments on developing, implementing and analyzing survey and statistical data involving the university.

Classroom Technology Services, a unit under Information Services provides classroom equipment. If you need a computer with LCD display, a VCR, audio or video recording equipment, use the Classroom Reservation Request Form

Technology Help is the contact center for DePaul faculty, staff, and students for questions and problems with computers, software, or telephones.

DePaul Writing Center assists students in all disciplines, in undergraduate and graduate programs with their writing projects. Writing Center consultants work collaboratively with writers on all parts of the writing process: brainstorming, outlining, organizing, writing rough drafts, revising, and polishing final drafts. Students need to call to make an appointment (LPC: 51805; Loop: 26726). Online resources are available at the Web site.
